At RENOW, we believe that Outside Beauty is a direct reflection of your Inside Health. We want you to experience the systematic transformation of your whole body with absolute confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your first journey toward Inside-Out beauty, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair refund process.

30-Day Inside-Out Refund Policy

Try ION-01™ for 30 days. If you don’t love how it supports your whole body health and outside radiance, we will provide a full refund (less a $5 processing fee) or 100% store credit—the choice is yours.

Policy Terms & Eligibility:

  • Official Website Only: This refund guarantee applies exclusively to purchases made on www.renowlab.com. Purchases made through third-party platforms or other marketplaces are strictly excluded.
  • First Order Privilege (No Return Necessary): For your very first order of ION-01™, you do not need to send the product back to us. We want you to focus on your whole body health, not logistics.
  • Single Flavor Standard: As ION-01™ is currently available in our signature chocolate flavor, exchanges are not available. This policy is designed to provide a direct refund or credit for your experience.
  • Consumption Limit: To be eligible for a refund or credit, the product must be less than 50% consumed.
  • Guarantee Limit: This refund policy is limited to one product per customer.
  • 100% Store Credit Option: If you choose store credit, you will receive 100% of the total amount spent, including shipping and sales tax (if applicable). Store credit is valid for one year on our official website.
  • Cash Refund Details: For cash refunds to your original payment method, a $5 processing fee will be deducted to cover administrative and transaction costs. Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate your request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Send an email to support@renowlab.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Request Type: Include your order number and specify whether you prefer a cash refund (minus the $5 fee) or 100% store credit.
  3. Processing: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours. Once approved, your refund or credit will be issued promptly.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your ION-01™ upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@renowlab.com so we can evaluate the issue and ensure your Inside-Out routine remains uninterrupted.
